Terms

Prices. All prices are in US dollars and include our shipping. Tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Accepting your order. Your order is confirmed when we take payment. If something is mispriced or out of stock, we may cancel and refund you in full rather than ship it — we will always email you first, and you will never be charged for something we cannot send.

Delivery estimates are estimates. The windows on each product page are in business days and exclude customs, which we do not control. We publish honest windows rather than flattering ones. If an order passes its window, we chase it or refund it.

Where we ship. United States only at the moment.

Returns. You have 30 days from delivery to send something back for a full refund. The details are on our returns page, and nothing here overrides it.

Photos and descriptions. We describe products as accurately as we can, including where a feature is more limited than the category usually implies. Colours vary between screens. If what arrives does not match what we described, that is a fault and we cover the return postage.

What we are responsible for. If we get your order wrong, we fix it — replacement or refund, your choice. We are not liable beyond the value of the order itself. None of this affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Use products sensibly. Follow the instructions that come with them, particularly anything involving water, adhesive mounts or mains power.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them belongs in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
